Credential issuance and submission
As a district intern you are responsible for providing Project Pipeline with a copy of your district intern credential after receiving it from the CCTC. Please fax a copy to Lori Howard, Credentials Analyst, at (916) 924-8644 at your earliest opportunity. Thank you.

Preliminary or Professional Clear Credential
Please note: Continuing pre-interns who become subject matter competent after July 30, 2003 will earn the preliminary credential under SB 2042, those who became subject matter competent before July 30, 2003 will fall under the Ryan Act and will get the Professional Clear after serving on district intern certificate/credential for two years.
All interns who started the program in 2003 will receive the preliminary credential under SB 2042.
